INTRODUCING IZZY

Izzy is the founder of IzzoSew Studio; a sewing focused business based in Sheffield, UK. She is also the lead sewing instructor and host for all of our classes, retreats, socials and events. For her, sewing is so much more than a pastime or hobby; it’s an expression of her creativity, a place to practise mindfulness and a way of empowering others to make sustainable clothing choices. Izzy has a strong background in design from spending 15 years as a chartered landscape architect and has undertaken teacher training to ensure her masterclasses cater to all abilities. Having swapped her scale ruler for a pattern drafting one, her pens for pins and the contours of the land for those of the body, she is an expert at providing a professional service and getting the fit right for all of her clients.
